Stephanie Arwen Lynch is a professional Tarot consultant who resides in Austin, Texas, USA. She is the current president of the American Tarot Association[1] as well as a published author (in fiction). She writes under the name of Marilu Mann[2] with writing partner Cai Smith. Arwen is one of the Tarot World magazine [3] columnists where she writes "The Fool's Corner" for those embarking on their own Tarot journey.

Arwen began her exploration of Tarot in 1980 while in college. She collects decks and has over 95 as of 9/2008. She reviews decks for House of Tarot, Aeclectic Tarot, American Tarot Association's Reflections and Quarterly journal. She is the past editor of the ATA's Quarterly journal as well.
