[edit] Description
The out-of-print Tarot Erotica, which takes its cue from the Waite-Smith pattern, is a deck for adults only. The card imagery deviates from the popular Waite-Smith Tarot, and instead takes on the theme of human sexuality, in all its variety, humour, horror, boldness, and beauty. The cards are filled with images of sexual acts or nudity, yet retain some occult symbolism and manage to convey each card's meaning. Traditional Waite-Smith titles are kept, though the suit of Pentacles becomes "Stars" and Wands becomes "Rods". The numbering of Judgement and The World is also swapped around, in line with some early Italian decks, in which Judgement is the last card shown in the Major Arcana.
