I am starting by reproducing tables from books I have as-is because I want to acknowledge the source of the material. However, I am debating whether it would be more useful to merge some tables.

[edit] Differing systems of attributions

Hey Abarrach, You might want to label your correspondences here (and elsewhere) as being the Golden Dawn/Book T system,to contrast it to Levi's Continental system (or others). You've done so much in placing these correspondences I'm not sure how to go about it, but there are several different systems in use. Hi Scion,

I am aware that there are other systems, but not what they are. At the moment, this is the only set of attributions that I know (plus, it was easy for me to do what I've done right away because I already had it in a spreadsheet).

If you could give me specific webpages, or post scans from books, I'll be happy to make the necessary additions. Depending on the differences, I may simply add some appropriately labelled columns or copy the existing tables and make the necessary changes to them.

I want this to be complete and not too confusing. I'd like you to help me with organization, either by posting suggestions here, or by adding your proposed sections to the article page. Thanks for offering :)
