[edit] Description
Featuring lustrous, jewel-toned artwork, the Gilded Tarot is a digitally drawn and visually sumptous Waite-Smith homage from the talented Ciro Marchetti. This incredibly popular 78 card Tarot is available from Llewellyn as well as in a handmade edition. True to its Waite-Smith roots, the Gilded Tarot also inhabits that faux-medieval fantasy setting favored by many decks, but Marchetti has also worked in glimmering mechanical devices that seem to straddle the worlds of science and magick.
Voted the number 1 deck of 2004 by Aeclectic Tarot members.
